Very nice, but all of their feathers are falling out! :XD: ;) I really like the pose and expression of the right one, very knowing and calculated, with a touch of cold. And I don't think I said this before, but I love your use of vibrant colors. :D

Thank you for your comments! You always have something very insightful to say, unlike most on this site :) I use prismacolor penciles and press really hard to get that intensity of color :P

Oh my god so pretty! This looks amazing! I love the wings, there's such detail in them it's such a great display of abreviated realism! The clothing is also fantastic, it's hard to find people who can colour it just right and get all the folds in proper order. Very nice work! :clap: :+favlove:

Wow, thank you for your very nice comments. I really appreciate thoughts on my work. Please keep in contact, for I am very excited to see how your work turns out...I think you have a lot of promise. If you ever have any questions on how I developed my style please ask....15 years of drawing ought to count for something lol. :D
:iconshinigami-no-miko:
Thank you very much. I'll likely take you up on that offer some time. 15 is a very impressive number... I think I have only been really putting effort into drawings for like.. going on 6 years? One of thse days I will upload some really old original work and an redraw of it that's up to date and send it to you. Then you can see how my real style had pogressed, not this plagarising crap I keep putting up.

As I recall how I got better and better...still getting better lol...I remember a lot of copy work I did. It is not as bad as people think... Take artists you admire and mimic them, but always take it a step further and make it your own. A lot of your first years as an artist involves just getting a steady hand...that only comes with practice and there is no better way to practice than coping others stuff...just don't post it as your own lol. My biggest help was picking up those how to draw books...I own the How to draw manga Couples, Horror, pretty girls, and a defining your technique book...also there's a couple by Chris Hart that are really useful that I own....and anotomy book are always useful, no matter what style you are doing.
:iconshinigami-no-miko:
Yeah, I have a lot of How to Draw books too... Though now I actually find it easier to work from live observation, or photographic observation. The one thing I am just kinda mad about is the fact that almost everyone on this site ony comments on my Fan art or "copy art" they don't really give me feed back on the stuff I need feed back on... Like oh, you know... My original work! I am a little bitter about that. It's wh I said I wanted to show you original work... That's where the bulk of talent should lie... Not in how well you immulate some body else's style... But ahem... forgive the rant. ^^;
